I absolutely love living here! My apartment is bright and beautifully designed with a layout that feels both spacious and comfortable. Having a garage is such a bonus! The entire community is warm and welcoming—from the other residents to the people who work here on property. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and done right the first time. The property itself is gorgeous and so well maintained. I couldn’t be happier to call this place home!

I have been living at Heartwood for a little over a year now and I love this community!! It's small, quiet, clean and the staff are friendly and professional! I love the community events (even though I have missed a few, LOL) and having food trucks come by takes the guess work out of dinner plans some nights. It's been a great experience so far...I think I will be here for a while!

I enjoy living in my Heartwood apt. Any time I have and issue they are quick to remedy the problem. I find it to be quiet and peaceful and love the coffee and tea amenities. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the grounds are always well kept.

I would give Heartwood 5 stars but there is ALWAYS room for improvement! I really love this community and am so glad that I found this place when I did. I have been here for over a year now and it is as quiet and as clean as the 1st day I moved in. Everyone is still friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! Sometimes, the valet trash company misses picking up my trash but it’s not the end of the world. This Spring, I welcomed a family of small birds who built a neat little nest on my balcony…

A very well-maintained apartment community. The apartments are large, and appliances are quite new. Management and leasing agents are very friendly and experienced. I like the property/apts are well kept. Nice mgmt, neighbors & events.1.Wks ago I was in the ER till late, so next day went for meds. At store I realized my ph missing. Uber, etc. will not p/u from landline calls. You don’t allow anyone to touch my private ph even to click on Uber to get me home. I would of signed a doc of permission. Instead I had to go to a hotel overnight (3 miles away). The hotel finally called a ride for me. Took 20hrs to get home. 2. I’m having break-in/theft issues. Creepy/invasive. Maint should not have fobs to apts except as scheduled, then returned, especially after wrk. Mstr fobs only should be monitored/assigned per individual to where/why. There are security programs for it. You need accountability. It only takes 1 rat to ruin reputation of all. We need a real key lock. You charge for everything but air here. I can’t afford thefts. 3. Let us use our banks for rent! Google is not secure by VPN. I don’t trust anyone working with China. Covid, drones...

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen is such a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and well designed. The location is convenient to I-65 and great shopping & dining options are right in the area. The community is wonderful--very dog friendly!! And the management team and all of the support staff are outstanding--friendly and helpful--a winning combo!

Nice area, nice floor plans, reasonable price for the area. I just wish other residents would pick up after their dogs! I’ve stepped in poop a few times and it’s just gross and lazy on the owner’s part.

Apartment is very clean and convenient with all the features. Very nice cabinetry. I look forward to getting my furniture here. People are great. I love the exercise room. Love seeing the dogs around here. Look forward to getting internet and tv service tomorrow. It needs to be changed by comcast repair. Getting used to apt sounds... All is well and more to learn. One question: I thought this pool was available 24 hrs but handbook says dawn to dusk. ... Did times change? No light is on pool.

I am still glad that I have chosen Heartwood @Lockwood Glen as my home. The staff is still awesome (Courtney K. & Anna Laura H.) and I feel very much at home here. My neighbors are great and the neighborhood is kept and quiet. It's a small community (which I love) and I consider it a "gem". I am fairly new to the community but hope to stick around for a long while!

The community is really nice and VERY well maintained and the actual apartments are very nice. I've always said this - it is one of the VERY few complexes in Williamson County with front door entry and many units offer attached garages. The price is good in comparison and the location is GREAT

The unit is great, we haven’t had any major issues. A downside has been the amount of poop that is not picked up. It obviously comes with being a dog friendly complex but it is very noticeable.

Neighbors in #3201 keep harrasing people and calling the cops wasting their time when it's their dogs causing all the commotion. The couple is rude and disrespectful, definitely don't belong here in Tennessee. God is embarrassed of them and their actions. Other than that we love it here. Safe, beautiful and love the look of "not your traditional" apartment buildings. We are blessed with amazing neighbors in our building. Love how dog friendly the complex is and how many pups we get to meet. Rachel, Belle and the maintance team are absolutely amazing! We are forever grateful for them all! Would really LOVE a hot tub and sauna, then amenities would be top notch. Thank you for everyone working hard. Some desperately need more training, but I won't hold my breath on that person improving. Have a beautiful weekend!

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen is very well maintained, landscaping is lovely and it is very quiet, which we appreciate. I love the saltwater pool and the gym is very good. I have had a nice time living here until someone turned me in for having my cat not on a leash. After she has had her freedom for 2.5 years. Now she is being punished because one mean evil person has to stick their nose into other people's business.

I really enjoy living here. It is a quiet and friendly group of residents living here. I especially enjoy the activities that are planned monthly. This month it is a dance fitness class in the gym area. My grandchildren love to visit and enjoy the playground. I also love the fact that it is a pet friendly community.

Living here has been quite the experience. I've been a resident since 2018.As of 2023, my rent went up by 20%. With the economy and prices on everything increasing, it's been a struggle paying such a large amount for rent. It puts perspective on if I can continue paying rent for another year. I'm quite disappointed in the decision to increase rent by that much. This place has changed quite a bit. Overall, the community he as changed quite a bit. The community events are not the same. Management stop changing light bulbs inside the units that are out. They are now requiring residents to buy their own light bulbs.

I absolutely love it here. Not only do I feel safe, the grounds feel like a real neighborhood and not like an apartment complex. It’s so well kept. The amenities are great too. Part of what sold me on this place. And the fact they are so pet friendly is a huge plus. And the staff? Probably some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. So welcoming and so friendly.

I have lived here since 2018. I have seen this place go under many transformations. From the change in ownership to the new management. When I first lived here it was a lot more fun. I am happy to see we now have a dance exercise class. I would like to see more resident activities here. I am happy to report that for the most part I feel safe living here.

I think the community is great. I just do not like the price point. It’s getting out of hand on pricing. I know costs are up but not like the price of apartments. It’s time some companies try to take care of the people not take advantage of the situation.

I enjoy living at Heartwood Glen apts. Last night I enjoyed a swim in the beautiful salt water heated pool. This is just one of the many perks available to the residents. I also enjoy sitting on one of the porch rocking chairs and drinking my clubhouse cafe.

Lockwood Glen is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are clean and updated with modern fixtures. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The staff is very friendly and professional and remembers you by name. Complex has some apartments with garages which are difficult to find in Franklin. If there was a complaint, it is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor at times but this is part of apartment life. I would recommend Lockwood Glen to friends and family.

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen is a beautiful complex to live in! Management keeps the community clean (even the garbage area!). Maintenance requests are completed in a very timely matter. The community is fairly quiet. There'll be the occasional dogs barking but it's not annoying. I like it here so much that I just extended my lease.

I really enjoy living in Heartwood Glen apartments. Whenever I have a question or a concern it is always answered in a prompt manner. I enjoy using the clubhouse coffee bar in the mornings and on occasion I have had to use the conference room and the printer that is available. Looking forward to using the swimming pool this summer.

We’ve lived here for the past three years. When we first moved here we entirely loved our experience. Then the community started to be ran by a different management company and that is when things shifted for us. There’s now little to no events, people are secretly smoking more when it’s a smoke free community, people don’t pick up after their pets, and the maintenance crew walks in when people are in the shower since they don’t have an affluent scheduling system in place. I wish it could go back to Novel. They run an incredible business and lockwood glen was better for it.

I have been here since October 2018. The community has changed hands and changed in many ways. I've seen many folks come and go. The community is not the same anymore. I was acousted by another resident. I reported it. The cops came and no property manager bothered to reach out to me to ensure I was okay. The care for the residents has gone out the window. I go to the leasing office and I don't recognize any of the staff. I miss the resident activities. I miss the community of my neighbors.

Office ladies and maintenance are AMAZING! The fireplace is still broke. The pool is freezing cold. I'm a single mom and the only income we have is what I make. Now rent it sky rocketing and there's no care in the world that a single mom and her kid will be on the street. It's turned so corporate with no care of actual people that it's sad. I moved to the South for the love and care of thy neighbor and that's just been lost. I'm heartbroken. We don't want to leave and I'm being pushed out. It's really sad and upsetting.

I was not able to reach anyone with questions. It was very time consuming to keep calling, sending emails and voicemails. There is a lot of room for improvement. We are hoping once we move in it will be easier to reach someone if an issue arises.

The apartment community itself is nice and I enjoy the location of my unit and the interior finishes. However, the office rarely responds to calls or emails, which is very frustrating. My apartment was also half way complete prior to me moving in and there needs to be more attention to detail, especially at a luxury community. Maintenance is quick to respond to emergency calls. Noise is an issue but this is out of managements control and I've submitted a complaint regarding such. The events are a nice sense of community and I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors. If the attention to detail and service levels improve, I believe I will be very happy here at Heartwood.

I've been living here since October 2018. I've seen many changes to the community. I love the location of the property. The community here has been great. However, there is definitely room for improvement. I've noticed the Doggie Spa needs some attention. The office is hard to reach during the day. Some emails sent are not responded in a timely matter.

For the most part, things have been great at Lockwood Glen. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The community is well kept and consistently featuring cool events. The only issues that I’ve had to this point are issues with the grills and issues with the pool. I wish we were able to use them as much as we wanted to.

Everything’s been pretty good here. My only complaint is that my dryer is still having water inside of it even though I’ve asked maintenance about it multiple times. They’ve apparently come out to check it out and say that it is a non-issue. I do not feel comfortable with that response and have since not been able to do laundry for fear of my dryer catching on fire.

I love heartwood and the beautiful community. I would love to see the dog park maintained. It is a mess and a huge eye sore and to see, and just more cleanliness in general around the grounds. Also, I would love to see assigned parking. Management was an issue in the beginning but I haven’t had any issues recently!

I’m excited to be a part of the community. The property is stunning. A downside was the apartment wasn’t appropriately cleaned before me moving in. I’m guessing the previous tenant had a pet because I’ve noticed pet hair in the dryer, washer, and other places (I’m allergic to cats and dogs), and the carpet smells like a pet (I need to get the carpet cleaned). Outside of that, the maintenance team was (and has been)very responsive in getting the pet hair from the dryer and fixing other things I found. Overall I’m happy with my move and looking forward to getting involved with the community events.

Nice neighborhood. I appreciated help with the extra boxes from man who does trash pick up. One thing… too many dogs OFF leash. Some let out without owners even present. Not good or safe! Not a chance to meet anyone in 24hrs but it’s good to see people out enjoying.

It's great living here. I hear very little noise from other renters. Scurrying l everything is kept up (maintenance, landscaping, pool, etc). The trash service every evening is lovely. We also enjoy the clubhouse.
